Lange Estate Winery has been working with Yamhill Vineyards -- the source for this phenomenal wine -- since the late 1980's.
Indicative of its vintage, this Pinot Blanc is rich and round, showing intense aromas of citrus blossom, ripe honeydew, and mandarin. Luscious apricot preserve, sugared grapefruit, and almond cream are tempered by a lift of citrusy acidity on the mid and back palate.
Serve it well-chilled this summer, with spicy grilled shrimp and mango salsa, or fresh seasonal fruit with triple-creme cheeses.
